My approach to treatment

I work with people who are ready to be healthy, NOT be skinny and "just loose 10 lbs."

I look at not only eating habits but emotional maturity, mental stability and awareness of motive.

I am a strong believer in meal prepping, moderation, indulgence, substitution. what if I told you that you don't have food sensitivities... you have a functioning immune system responding to non-food...?
What sets me apart
Leading up to and after covid I became aware of the many habits that unfortunately have been enhanced and become foundational in our North American culture. The push of staying in and eating your feelings. The convenience of convenience itself where we no longer have to leave the house for... anything. The pattern of complete destructional eating that has left many inflamed/bloated/facial acne/etc. and wondering where they went wrong. There is a consistent misinformation/quick fix culture that has many feeling overwhelmed, as well as messed up concept of prioritizing how to eat "healthy, be skinny which will only then lead to happiness".

I have been looking at healing one way: from the outside in! Now its time to start looking at it: from the inside out! I am currently training to become a registered dietitian and cannot wait to look at healing from another perspective.
