What I offer​

I am not here to help you achieve the goal of looking like you're going to be on the cover of sports illustrated. Not even those models look like that on a regular basis. 

  • I am here to asses your gait, postural imbalances, overstrained areas and give you better tips and tricks to achieve better movement in your everyday life.

  • I will help you strengthen your muscles to hold the joints in their most optimal alignment as you move.​

  • Fad training... no! Training for real life... yes!

My approach to treatment​

  • Understanding your history when it comes to stretching/remedial exercise.

  • Re-educating and helping you unlearn bad habits from childhood.

  • Helping you to reduce the risk of injury for the things you do everyday and to help you to discover the movement your life is missing.

  • I am active and take fitness very seriously so I have a deeper understanding of functional training benefits. 

  • I am constantly looking for ways to reduce your source of inflammation through education and encouragement of intentional lifestyle changes.

    • If you need a workout buddy with you in the gym, I’m there​!

    • If you need a walking partner with your dog and mine, I’m there​!
