About me!
-
Natelle hit the ground running in her first year of the massage therapy program while working from home. Working on all types of bodies, over time she began re-evaluating her views of pre-conceived notions on pain/treatment/rehab.
-
Graduating from the Advanced Massage Therapy program in 2016 from CDI college Natelle not only applied/challenged and re-challenged her foundational education but capitalized on working along side the best of the best.
-
Change, growth, and improvement were always a constant in her practice and that never stopped, especially during covid.
Post Covid
During Covid I used the opportunity indulge in the downtime (exercise, snack, get some sun, and work on many art projects that I didn't have time to do)
I knew the shut down wouldn't last forever and I did not let fear mongering and the "convenience" of becoming complacent in life consume me. I was on a mission to inspire/create/educate others on how to maximize time/live within their means and "be still".
Though growth in my business has been a constant pursuit, I was able to fully commit to more research during my downtime. I found myself looking more into questions like: what it means to be an RMT... what are the benefits of having a naturopath AND a doctor... why everyone should try acupuncture at least once....
The way I see it, all healthcare practitioners are on the same team, we're on YOUR team, we're here to walk along side of you on your healing journey and give you the best treatment possible.
I found myself writing, countless journal entrees, bookmarking's, references, doing my own personal interviews with all practitioners (health/alternative/holistic).
I wanted to make sure that when I went back to work, not only did I know how to better inform my clients on how to make the best decision on the path to TRUE healing, but also build trust between my follow practitioners and a confidence in myself that I can offer the best treatment plans, even if that means letting go of my clients and referring them to a more suitable practitioner.
I LOVE what I do and I love the direction my practice is going.
